Lily Safrani is a serial entrepreneur who has launched three successful start-ups in the educational, communication, special event and tech publishing spaces. Her Massive Transformative Purpose is empathy and emotional wellness for all.

Lily is the Founder and CEO of ExO Speakers a boutique speaking agency, that is now a multi-million dollar enterprise managing and representing some of the top speakers in the world. She has traveled around the world, working with speakers and clients, while building relationships with speakers and clients.

Lily lived in Silicon Valley for over six years and was steeped in the spirit of its culture. She spent a lot of time at Singularity University during its formative years. She taught yoga to participants in the Graduate Studies Program and Executive Program and helped with other related projects. Lily would then become a key contributor to the launch of the book, Exponential Organizations by Salim Ismail and would go on to exclusively manage and curate his speaking career for clients around the world while laying the foundation for the expansion of the ExO Movement and ExO companies.

She is also a Founding Architect of ExO Works, a consulting and advisory startup, where she acted as CFO and advisor to the company. She was instrumental in negotiating and securing its first seven-figure clients.

Lily created a successful online educational curriculum and app that allowed for reading and writing in a foreign language. More recently, she created a progressive new elementary school in Miami Beach inspired by the ideas and innovation of Silicon Valley.

Lily received her Bachelor of Science degree from New York University’s Stern School of Business. Her strengths include strategic business development, organizational skills, strategic vision, financing expertise, and interpersonal skills. Lily is also a strong advocate for women in business and believes in helping them find their voices. In her spare time, she’s working on creating the Moms of the World Foundation, a non-profit project that she’s passionate about.

Lene is the Founder and Senior Advisor at Teleportec. She is specialized within financial research, business planning and organization. Lene also has extensive experience in event management, educational programs, and innovative partnerships working with individuals/families, businesses, institutions and investors.

Lene understands cutting-edge technologies, and how to utilize these technologies to help large organizations move beyond business-as-usual and develop new transformative solutions. She holds an MBA in International Business and Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Lisa comes to ExO Speakers with years of experience in Silicon Valley. She has worked in various industries from start-ups, Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, academic institutions, and public schools. Lisa’s Massive Transformative Purpose is leveraging innovation to promote equity so we can hear all voices.

Prior to ExO Speakers, Lisa ran Faculty Relations at Singularity University for almost five years. She was responsible for curating a bi-monthly newsletter, assisting with recruiting and onboarding faculty, and establishing their online presence.

Lisa taught leadership and journalism to high school students for over seven years. She also taught technology for teachers in a credential program. Before that, she worked at Stanford’s Center for Innovation and Learning department along with the MediaX Program. She earned a Master’s degree in Humanities along with a teaching credential and extensive coursework in Instructional Design. She’s an ASNE Donald W. Reynolds Institute Fellow. Lisa has studied and worked in Brazil, Portugal, and France and is fluent in Portuguese and has a working knowledge of French and Spanish. Lisa loves traveling and learning about new places, technologies, and people.
