Francisco Milagres leads digital transformation projects based on the convergence of strategy, technology, and venture capital through his company Mirach Ventures and as an associated Sprint Coach at ExO Works.

Milagres has extensive experience working in global organizations such as CPqD Telecom & IT, Santander Bank, KPMG, Ciberbras Holding, Cventures, and Mirach, his own advisory services company since 2013.

Mirach is one of the few companies worldwide associated with the global OpenExO platform, founded by Salim Ismail, author of the bestselling book Exponential Organizations. Francisco also collaborated with the recently released book Exponential Transformation as one of the methodology contributors and the author of the foreword in Brazil’s translated version.

He is a member of the Strategy and Innovation Committee of Unimed Porto Alegre and was one of the partners responsible for raising capital and co-producing the first official event of Singularity University in Brazil, in partnership with HSM which acquired 100% of this license from Mirach in 2019.

Francisco holds a bachelorship and mastership in Computer Science from the University of São Paulo (USP), an Executive MBA in Finance from Ibmec Business School, and extensions in mergers & acquisitions from the Kellogg School of Management (Chicago), exponential technologies and future from Singularity University (Silicon Valley) and executive training as a board member at Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC).
