Karina Besprosvan is a communications and media expert and specialist in consumer insight, brands, and product development; with extensive experience working in multicultural settings and a variety of industries, with a focus on the United States and Latin America market.

After working for 12 years with OmnicomMediaGroup, serving Fortune 500 companies, Karina now works in the Home Publishing Associations group as a community engagement and digital content executive (innovating in new products and content for the digital world).
She also performs as a strategic consultant for Televisa/Univision business intelligence department. Some of Karina’ clients among last years, include Sony Pictures, OMD, PHD, Grupo Garnier, Grupo Texo, Copetrol, HP, Visa, Pepsi, McDonald’s, FedEx, Hilton, Nissan, Hasbro, J&J, Nivea, Diageo, Santander, Walmart, Danone, Telefónica, Natura, Mobly Brazil, KPMG, Tarproot, Unesco.
For the past five years, she has been passionate about teaching and empowering future talents and generations, preparing them for the #Futureofwork. Along this path, she has launched Mint#hackthefuture in 2017, #ExoEducate in 2020, to develop courses at universities and other educational institutions on the future of organizations. In 2021 she has been offered to co-direct the education department at OpenExo for Spanish speakers a market of + 450 million people.
Starting in 2009, Karina serves as Esomar’s Representative. Since 2010, she has also been serving as a member of the I-COM International Congress Board, a global event on digital analytics. She has also been a mentor at MAIP, Northeastern University, and WIRE since 2014. She has university studies in Marketing, Advertising, and Sociology, in Argentina. A Diploma in Business Planning from the University of Westminster, London. A Master in consumer behavior from the UAI University of Chile. Innovation Center Lab and Market Hack certificates from Idea Center, in MDC, Miami. A certificate from Singularity University in exponential thinking and transformation and a certificate in Leading from the emerging future from MIT. She is also an Openexo certified coach, consultor, and trainer
She has also a deep volunteering history. Due to Covid, she has been collaborating online to many organizations helping people, startups, and organizations to reset and reinvent their selves and their business. On that path, during 2020-21 she has been participating as organizer, coach, mentor, and disruptor for more than 20 challenges globally, and helped more than 650 entrepreneurs, in organizations like Purpose Alliance, MIT Covid 19 Latinamerican Hackaton, the Humanitarian Innovation Hackathon, from Sydney University and for Miami Ad School, ExoMorocco, BostonExo and Company Builder TransferenciAP, -where she is also a member at the advisory board, for both.
Lastly, Karina is a strong community engager and leader. With the help of the exponential community in Latin America, she has created the #exocommunityawards, #exowomen, #exotierra and #exolatam events, and the #exo4good project.
