Kelley has over 13 years of advisory, coach/mentoring, consulting, and research experience in strategy development and innovation, industry and lean supply chain transformation, organization restructuring, business process design, and re-engineering, industrial clusters, and associated public-private partnerships. Kelley has worked work clients across many industries in both the private and public sectors, including chemical, manufacturing, automobile, clothing, footwear, leather, textiles, retail, packaging, FMCG, public healthcare, public services, and development finance.
Kelley is the Founder of Stratlever, Co-Founder of Africa ExO, Co-Creator of Women4Impact, and an ExO Coach, Trainer, and Consultant at Open ExO. Kelley is also an active member of the Circular Economy Community of Practise led by ICLEI Africa, the Ellen MacArthur Foundation’s ‘From Linear to Circular and Circular Futures Lab Global Alumnus Group, and the Open ExO community.
