Chairman co-founder Xponential and as Supervisory Board Member of several companies, I’ve built 20+ years of accelerating long-term growth, driving revenues through exponential transformations. Having worked in multiple countries and cultures for a diversified group of public organizations and private-held companies, mainly within the healthcare, construction, finance, education, and governments I’ve been learning a lot and a library full of valuable experiences. I’m trained to look around corners and see disruptions coming before the majority starts to think about it. Able to see the larger picture, that helps me to deliver strategies and scenarios, as well as disruptive solutions. Specialized in asking difficult questions about ostensible normal things about what humans are doing, what organizations are doing. This opens doors for transformation, rapid performance, growth, and business turnarounds while changing mindsets from linear to exponential. I’ve created competitive advantages by rolling out new initiatives with companies that are focusing on abundance rather than on scarcity. Profoundly trained and experienced in transformation processes from the human side of organizations, that led to successful outcomes, thriving them as purpose-driven organizations today.
